This web site is dedicated to my daughter Elaina Rose Canestrare.  She died June 20, 2010 while driving a golf cart at a Father’s Day family function.  Her 10 year old brother, cousin and friend were all on the cart when she lost control and flipped the cart.  Elaina spent many hours in the intensive care pediatric unit at University Hospital, where the doctors tried to save her life.

Elaina Rose was a beautiful 14 year old who loved to sing and play softball.  Unfortunately her life was cut short of her 15th birthday.  I have set up a memorial fund that will generate scholarships to graduating seniors at Solvay High School through “Dollars For Scholars”.  All money raised will go to these seniors who must have four years of chorus or band in order to qualify for the scholarship.

We are organizing our 3rd fundraiser on September 7, 2013.  This is a double elimination tournament with a $1150.00 cash prize. There will be plenty of food, music and entertainment for all who are joining us that day.  The event will start at 8:00am Saturday morning. 

  Deadline for registration is August 1, 2013 $250.00 late registration is $300.00.
